Manufacture

Multiple processes combine to create truly effective solutions

Stainless steel, copper, reclaimed timber, etched zinc, glass reinforced polyester, lacquered aluminium, high pressure laminate, limestone, recycled plastic and cast resin are just some of the materials we work with. Processes include welding, bending, perforating, riveting, laminating, curing and galvanising. Each project brings something new and we rise to meet the challenge.

Installation

Overcoming technical and logistical challenges is a daily routine for the team

From watery semi-submerged locations only accessible by boat to busy A&E Departments in hospitals, from windy high-rise buildings to ancient castles, our installation team is ready for anything. Special requirements of SSSI (Site of Special Scientific Interest) and SAM (Scheduled Ancient Monument) are documented – installations in heritage buildings where even the mortar dust is collected for future use are familiar situations…

Safety is always paramount and our installation teams are fully trained for the most complex of tasks.
