About This Project

For a pleasant retirement in Surrey, we’d have to recommend Christ Church Apartments. This is a new development in Leatherhead of 62 apartments for people in later life and the great attention to detail makes this a very desirable place to be.

Kori Construction were awarded the design and build contract which also included basement car park, restaurant, gym, lounge and an external landscaped garden.

The very popular Mettro benches were selected for the garden in both straight and curved versions, an interesting challenge being an S-shaped bench with two different radii. The beautiful Iroko timber contrasts with the RAL7015 Slate Grey powder coating to create a pleasant addition to the wide variety of seating areas available.
